With our newly designed Helmet Hanger and retainer bar your expensive equipment will remain secure no matter how aggressive you are driving or how rough the terrain. Our retainer bar is 7.5” long by 1/2” wide, with a 3/4” opening on the end and is made out of Polymer Synthetic. Polymer Line of Products Our Polymer Line of Products are manufactured out of Synthetic Polymer which is very strong but also flexible and less expensive than our solid aluminum products.

TKO Clamping Systems new Standard Polymer Headset or Helmet Hanger allows users to hang your headset or helmet up out of the way when not in use. Quality headsets today can run in the thousands of dollars. With our newly designed Helmet Hanger and retainer bar your expensive equipment will remain secure no matter how aggressive you are driving or how rough the terrain. Our retainer bar is 6” long by 3/4” wide, 1 1/4” tall with a 3/4” opening on the end and is made out of Polymer Synthetic material.

ZC (Zero Clearance) Fasteners
ZC (Zero Clearance) Fasteners from TKO are the same high quality as our other clamps and is also manufactured out of Solid Aluminum. The difference being the clamp does not wrap all the way around the bar. This allows the clamp to be mounted to a bar with limited or tight clearance like near a roof or windshield. Just like all our clamps they are built to fit roll bars, hand rails, luggage racks, handle bars, bike frames, flag poles and ladders. ZC Fasteners are available to fit bars with OD of 1.25” to 2.25” and every size in between. We can also accommodate those bars with less common sizes, for example the 1.875” on the Can-Am.
Each clamp comes with two rubber liners in 1/16” and 1/8” so each clamp can fit a wider range of sizes.

4 Fits 2” metal to metal. Using included liners 1 7/8” and 1 3/4” bars.
5 Fits 2 1/4” metal to metal. Using included liners 2 1/8” and 2” bars.
* Note: Metal to Metal refers to no rubber liner being used. The metal of the clamp tightened to the medal of the roll bar.
